Our mission is to create awareness and real change for individuals experiencing challenging circumstances and make a difference in the lives of all those who require assistance and compassion. We share their stories through photographic art, shed light on the humanity within these stories, and ignite compassion and understanding.
What we do
Change-Up is all about people united in making a change for those in need.
Our mission has evolved to encompass every individual facing hardships and challenging circumstances. Volunteers dedicate their time to provide essential support like food, clothing, and heartfelt conversations, driving change on a personal level.
At the core of Change-Up is a deep focus on people-their unique goals and requirements. We extend our support to those in need, welcoming them as honored guests to our Makeover project. Through this initiative, we tell their stories through the lens of transformation. Our Makeover Day brings comprehensive change, both internally and externally. It unveils hidden dreams and aspirations, rekindling them to life.
CHANGEMAKER
Founder Melina Muenstermann created the project after her best friend became homeless almost overnight, and was too ashamed to share what was happening. Instead of weakness, Melina saw strength in her friend’s story and decided to create a way to harness it for others.
